Good
It was close to all amenities on the strip. The room we had had a fantastic view if nothing else
The bed was very uncomfortable. We could have done with a sml kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room. Bedrooms and bathrooms really need updating.

Nice clean hotel near everything.
Breakfast buffet was convenient. Good hotel for older travelers, clean, good lifts, secure.
A little difficult to find but a nice, solid choice for a single night.

What was the highlight of Hotel Las Gaviotas
It was perfectly fine for our 2 night stay.
Reasonable location right in the middle of the peninsula. Close to beaches and amenities although in late Oct almost all were closed. Hotel has a reasonable restaurant which provided a buffet style meal, foyer bar and pool (we did not use as too cold in late Oct. ) and secure underground parking. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Nothing to dislike.
